An illustrated neighbourhood bringing together an office, college, kitchen team and community spaces in a shared garden

BCKYRD / For organisations

Something to
belong to.

For the people who make
your organisation.

Find your common ground

Different people. A common thread.

A logo says who you are.
A feeling says why it matters.

There’s a world inside every organisation. The inside jokes. The rituals. The things only your people understand. We help turn that shared identity into products they’ll want to wear, use and keep.

The shared ground

Who are you
bringing together?

Different reasons to gather.
The same care in what we make.

Made for / Companies & MNCs

For everyone who makes it happen.

From the office floor to the cloud kitchen, your people carry your organisation every day. We make employee merch, staff uniforms and welcome kits that bring your identity into what they wear and use—across teams, roles and locations.

Let’s make something together

One organisation. Many ways to belong.

Where we started.
Still in our fabric.

Institutional merch is where we started. These college drops are a little of that story: considered designs, personal details and pieces that bring people together. It’s work we still do, with the same care for the next team, campus or community.

From your idea to their everyday

You bring
the people.
We bring
it together.

Design, production, storefront and fulfilment. One connected process, shaped around what your project needs.

Talk through your idea
01

Design & development

Find the expression.

The idea, the artwork, the fabric, the fit. We work through the details with you before moving into production.

02

Production & quality

Make it worth keeping.

Sourcing, sampling, manufacturing and checks. A considered product, not just another place to put a logo.

03

Storefront & fulfilment

Bring it to your people.

From a dedicated collection page to packing and delivery support. We shape the right setup around your project.

A brief is a beginning

Big plans.
Loose ideas.
Both welcome.

Tell us about your organisation and the people in it. We’ll figure out what we could make together.

Before we begin

A few
good questions.

Who is this for?

Companies and MNCs, office teams, cloud kitchens, campuses, communities and events. From employee collections and staff uniforms to a campus drop, we help make something for the people behind your organisation.

Can we start without a finished design?

Yes. Bring the context: who it’s for, what matters to them and what you’d like to make. We can explore the creative direction together.

What about quantities, budgets and timelines?

These depend on the products, materials and scope. Share your expected quantities, budget range and any important dates in your brief so we can discuss what’s feasible.

Can you help with a store and delivery?

Storefront and fulfilment can be part of the project. We’ll agree the responsibilities and setup with you before work begins.

What happens after we get in touch?

We explore the idea and whether there’s a fit, then discuss scope, samples, timelines and commercial terms. Sending an enquiry doesn’t commit you to a project.
